Project Description
Located in Queenstown, Maryland, Wye River Kennel is 20.6 wildlife enriched acres situated at the beautiful head-water of the Wye River. Established in 1985, the kennel as become a highly regarded “vacation destination” for the 4 legged family members of many residents of the Eastern Shore.
Though Wye River Kennel did have a website that depicted their services, rates and offerings, it did not meet the needs of their customers and was highly outdated. After meeting with the owners, we quickly discovered what was needed ensure the kennels continued growth. From there, A Digital Mind developed a new / modern website that left new and existing customers with a true online representation of who Wye River Kennel is.
To address the companies issues during the pet intake / drop off process, intake documentation was created and hosted online and a downloads section was added to the site. This in turn allowed customers to complete and print out all documentation required, prior to their pets stay.
Through the use of Arial Drone and Standard Filming, we were able to capture the true essence of the kennel and produced a video to visually show customers what a day is like at Wye River Kennel. We also incorporated professional photography to highlight the spacial differences animals at Wye River Kennel had to exercise and play in vs that of competing kennels. Online forms were also developed so customers had a way to make reservations or request more information.
